the choc shoc

1 part cacao
2 or 3 parts water, depending on desired thickness
a little honey or preferred sweetener
how to make it
it is my daily ritual to make myself a choc shoc or two. i grate the cacao and melt it into the water. once the water and cacao boil they emulsify. add a little more water if you like it thinner. then add a little honey to taste or your preferred type of sweetener. the good news is that finally people who have not been able to enjoy hot chocolate because of the sugar type, now can, you’re in charge.......hurahhhh!
