its simple. its got only 3 ingredients and it takes minutes to make. make it now and put it in the fridge and eat later or put it in an air tight container and serve tomorrow…. if you can wait.
ingredients:.
180g venezuelan black 100% cacao. ( or anther good quality 80% chocolate.)
150g lovedean or other good quality granola.
3 tbsp clear honey
cut the chocolate into pieces and melt with the honey in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water. remove from the heat and stir in the granola…..
line a tray with silicone or grease-proof paper and drop teaspoon full size pieces on to the paper, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon. leave to set in the fridge then remove the paper and serve.
