what a week it’s been! orders are flooding in, i’m up to my neck in chocolate. when i get home at night, there are little chocolate footprints up the stairs, there’s a chocolate rim around the bath and a ton of chocolate aprons standing in front of the washing machine. thank goodness it’s friday....
punctuating the mayhem, there have been various interviews and photo sessions in preparation for easter. the independent newspaper did an interview with us and brought more chocolate. pristine eggs, glittery chocolate chickens and silky truffles for us to taste from nationally renowned chocolatiers - what a feast.... again! check out the easter sunday independent spread.
golden bars of our cacao are rolling off the press as fast as they possibly can. selfridges have sold out but will be re-stocked at the beginning of next week and waitrose launch venezuelan black this month
